Heather & Andy

If you didn't know by now, my older sister Heather got married a little over a year ago to a great guy, Andy. She went from being a Shifflett to being a Roach, and now they're in the process of building their first home together in Madison. Heather wanted me to come out and take some pictures of both of them at their lot and house so they can send out their Christmas cards! We went right before sunset and got some great shots!

What a beautiful view to drive home to!

The house is a little under halfway finished. They hope to be able to move in by the end of January!

They will have a big back deck to walk out on when the house is complete!

Here's a view of the sunset from Heather and Andy's bedroom window/porch door. Gorgeous!

I can't wait until their house is finished and they've moved in! Bill and I will be frequent visitors of one of the guest rooms!

Soccer

This Saturday morning I had the opportunity to take some pictures of youth soccer! It was so fun to see the kids running around and trying their best to resemble the game of soccer. The little kids were absolutely hilarious and so cute because they would just swarm the ball, wherever it was - in bounds or out of bounds! Here are some shots of Brady during his game - he's so cute!!!

After Brady's game, I got to go watch Morgan play. She was a defender and did a great job!

Here's to you...

Here's to you and here's to me,
The best of friends we'll ever be.
And if we ever disagree,
Well, forget you - here's to me!

This weekend was full of lots of toasts just like that one! Karen had her old friends Sandy and Barry down for a visit, and to show them a good time she and Bill hosted a cookout! They had sausages, chicken, beer, and plenty of "lemon drops" to go around! Of course, I was the annoying guest who wouldn't stop taking pictures (roughly 200 to be exact). Really, when you think about it 200 isn't THAT much, right? Here are some of my favorites from the day/night!

Great company and a great atmosphere. I love Greene County!

We had plenty of fun playing bags and tossing around a little pigskin...

Of course the pups wanted in on the action!

Meet Moose! Karen and Bill (Newman)'s Golden Retriever. He's only 5 months old and is already HUGE! I can't wait to see how big he will get as he grows older!

Of course we couldn't play ball without Scoot! He can't say no to a tennis ball!

Before we headed in for dinner we got to take in a beautiful sunset!
